  • How do I schedule my appointment?

    You can conveniently schedule your appointment online here or give our team a call at 208-735-1415.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    Yes, our practice is in-network and accepts most major insurance providers. If you need to confirm if your insurance is in our network, please contact us.

  • Do you accept Medicaid?

    No, we are out of network with Medicaid. However, please call us to learn more about our Dental Savings Plan.

  • What type of financial support or payment plans do you offer?

    If you need dental care without insurance, you can set up payment plans with our third-party payment provider, CareCredit, or sign up for our Dental Savings Plan. We want to make your dental care affordable and accessible.

  • What hours is your office open?

    Our practice is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. We’re closed on Saturday and Sunday.

  • How early should I get to my appointment?

    Please arrive at our office for your appointment at least 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

  • How long does an appointment take?

    The length of your appointment can vary depending on what type of service, treatment, or consultation you receive.

  • What do I need for my first appointment?

    For your first appointment with us, please bring your completed new patient forms, any x-rays taken by a previous dentist, a valid form of ID, a list of medications you are currently taking, a list of any current medical concerns or conditions, including past surgeries, and your dental insurance card (if applicable).

  • How often do I need a dental checkup?

    Typically, you should have a cleaning and checkup every six months. But, depending on your specific oral health needs, we may recommend more frequent checkups.
